This only happened to me once, so far.
After planting the C4 explosives I realised I was still holding them. Did a short recording of it (no sound).
1 second after I stopped recording I ran across an opposite team player and I wasn’t able to switch to a weapon - not sure if because I was killed too quickly or if due to that glitch.
