how do I download the game when I went to create a email and password I did that and i didn’t see it so tried another email and that didn’t show up so now what do I do.

They are moving the game to steam and it is down for maintenance until the move finishes so thats why you can’t see it. i think it is meant to be on steam in January

Yes, Stealth187 is correct. Now you have to not register, but wait for a steam key to arrive in your emaill and then activate it as a product on steam.
