I have to say that looks great, I think you could add some sniper cover or anti-sniper cover, to the ledges.

On a side note, are you using doors to emulate rocks falling /moving?

There is a crate on the left hand ledge, not added cover yet to the other side but it definately will get some. I use a door for the falling water as this seems to be the only vanilla option (func_mover doesn’t work on server). There’s no falling rocks though some effects would be nice here and there as long as they weren’t too distracting.

also the mushies look to be spreading.
imagine getting poisoned by these ala medic poison from ET.
but im just being silly.

Some dust and other small particles falling from ceiling now and again would be awesome effect although considering the cave was filled with water it wouldn’t make much sense, just some dripping water would be nice I guess, although I personally wouldn’t notice it on my playing config.

Could have dust from the main hole as that was above the water line and was sploded but water from the other ledges but its a nice to have and most folks do have that stuff turned off as you say. Risen which I was playing recently had some nice rock dust fx.

what about snow falling through the hole and even piling up a little in the ledges? you can put the effect even as a decals not necessarily effects.

Yeah, I will tidy up that area (it hasn’t had much in the way of detailing tbh). Adding bot support is a painful process though so that will be ‘final++’. This version won’t be final now due to the changes to the pit area.

Can you please release new version without bot support in a first time ? Because none care of bots support and current version has many things who needs to be fixed ASAP.

Yeah might be a good idea tbh. The only thing stopping release sans bots is that the GUIs don’t work in server mode (counter doesn’t count). Ideas on a postcard please :slight_smile:

Maybe the script that updates them isn’t running on the client?
