Steam username not showing?

I recently started playing Dirty Bomb again, realising that my screen would stutter like crazy and would switch from Russian to English language all the time… I found the solution (Go windows Mode) however I cannot fix the bug where my Steam username doesn’t show. My steam username is ?PHANTOM? however on DirtyBomb, when in a lobby, shows something like “Player1332” of any sort of number. I’ve tried verifying integrity cache. But no fix. Any ideas?
Windows 10 Professional.
