Hi guys i wish to know if i buy the steam ultimate pack, but i already have vassili and fragger will i get something back?

I doubt it. If you already have it unlocked you are not getting a refund. I suggest looking into the packs sold in game.

As far as I know, no. You just won’t get them. It’s meant to be bought right off the bat when you have no mercs.

I was wondering if Devs and Marketing can make the USP open to choice because I got mercs purchased already.

Yes, ask for refund on the refund site. I got 30k refunded for a Proxy I had unlocked before buying the ultimate starter pack. Maybe @Ardez or @MissMurder can help you further?

It’s already been officially confirmed that they are no longer doing refunds on mercs you owned before buying a bundle. It will not happen and will only be a waste of his time, unfortunately.

yeah they dont do refunds anymore. If you would have bought it a month ago and asked support they would have…but they put a stop to that real quick.
