My steam overlay won’t pop up and I’ve tried reinstalling, verifying, deleting all of my dirty bomb files etc. It works for other games but just not for dirty bomb so I’m pretty sure an external program is not affecting it can anyone help me with this?
edit: and yes its enabled

Go through the steps of this Steam Support Link. It might help you find out the reason why you don’t have a overlay. You can skip the first step, as you mentioned it is enabled.
