Steam in-game indication for Extraction ?

Hello,

I have been trying to get my in-game overlay for steam to work for Extraction!?
It works for a second on start then just turns off. It’s really annoying.
Anyone know what it might be?

I asked and there but still no response, it applies to all games that runs Nexon launcher…

If I get it, you try to run a game with its own launcher with another launcher’s overlay? Doesn’t it make a bit too many launchers in the same time?

I have over 300 friends on Steam (most of them play Brink), I’m just want in-game indication that I 'am playing game Extraction. Many games have adopted independent launcher and somehow solve this indication, usually additional code or parameters in steam shortcut for non-steam games, example new game Titanfall no problem with this…

Agreed that they should be all STEAM friendly some how :cool:
I do some shortcut in Steam (Extraction show Nexonlauncher .RenegadeX show UDK development) just to let know friends on what im on .But would prefer the exact name game :tongue:

Hi, I try to setup shortcut only for Nexon Launcher (Target:“D:\Nexon\Nexon Launcher
exon_launcher.exe”, Start In:“D:\Nexon\Nexon Launcher”) but the same thing happens, just at the beginning there is an indication, after that is no longer… :frowning:

I solved the problem, It is necessary to Nexon launcher completely shut down, remove it from taskbar and memory (“nexon_runtime.exe”), It is not enough just to shut down Nexon client (“nexon_client.exe”). After this indication in Steam working properly and it should be done after every reboot client…

OBT ought to integrate the game into steam, it’s just smart. I believe Nexon already has some of their games on steam so it shouldn’t be too big of an issue I’d think, but if anything it will allow for a very healthy population for OBT.
