Steam Community Overlay does not Activate.
Sorry for posting this issue here but I can’t find a solution in the Steam forum. I tried everything addressed in the troubleshooting from Steam support (unistalling AV, Firewall, updating graphic card drivers, re-installing steam client, etc). I have this problem with Brink but also with a non- steam ETQW. Anyone have a similar problem?
