Status on Bugs

I asked @NxA_Noxie and she agreed on giving info about the status of reported bugs if possible. This means more or less, if they are being worked on, not worked on, about to be fixed, or if they are not able to reproduce them and so on. So if anyone is interested in some info about a bug. Post it here with some description. Please note, that we won’t get info on all bugs so please dont post about small bugs like texture error, or temporary possible bugs like drop boosters and so on.

I will start:

  1. Server responds as full even when there are 1 or 2 spots available
  2. Defibs get stuck and keep charging
  3. Molotov fire disappears, spreads in random patterns, is sometimes just a little campfire
  4. All bugs concerning Phoenix Healing Pulse (gets stuck like defibs, doesnt heal through mercs and deployables, doesnt heal if target merc is mounted to MG, has problems with height differences, sometimes doesnt self heal, sometimes doesnt heal others) an answer to any or all would be greatly appreciated
  5. Aura’s Healing Station indicator remains after healing station is destroyed

  1. Kicked for security violation (I’m currently getting this multiple times a day)
  2. “Teammate repairing” on the EV when no one else is repairing, and while it says this it doesn’t repair the EV at all until you stop repairing and start again.
  3. Redeye IR bugs. If someone you kill is revived they no longer glow, and people who also spawn while your IR vision is turned on don’t glow either.
  4. Duplicate EMP’s when you try drop one to shoot - or is this finally gone? Haven’t paid much attention in the last week
  5. Proxy mines can be detonated through thin walls. It’s very annoying as enemies can blow them up and take no damage.

  1. If you get downed while charging your defibs and revived by another medics, you can’t charge your defibs anymore. Workaround: changes weapons, switch back to defib.

13.: Dropping the Objective with the “switching weapon”, objectiv still in one’s hands.
14.: Servers reacting to high-pingers/packerlossers or simply cheaters spamming the servers, wich was explained to us, as not possible, or probably better say “working as intended”?
15. 15-20.: Some servers still ghost-play-ering for ages. Wait, this was fixed, right. You promised this, right?
16. Other shit you promised.

  1. Sometimes at least Nader’s nades have no effect to fire.

Another one I can remember, but truly not sure if it’s still a bug only for the months until now and it’s got fixed recently, or still a bug (or working as intended… you never know)…
19: MANY Server.Commands able to be run by clients which shoulnd’t be… (for example "sorting your cheater-team into one team (attackers/defenders), or simply shooting 20 shots at once).
(The spawn-everywhere-you-want-command was truely fixed I guess?)

  1. Missions sometimes dont get refilled

  1. Stokers Molotov not being thrown/drops Ammo Station instead.
  2. Molotov not being thrown but put onto short Cooldown.
  3. MG Audio continues after firing.

  1. Defibs getting stuck after reviving teammate can’t use them again until after switching weapons.

A few duplicates here guys… If we’re going to make this easier for Noxie it might pay to read the current bugs before commenting :stuck_out_tongue:

  1. Not being able to defuse the C4 if you’ve been revived while you were previously defusing. I can’t remember off the top of my head what it says but it still happens a lot. It’s similar to the EV “team mate repairing” bug where it shows that you are defusing but it makes no progress at all. It’s a pretty critical game changing bug, I’ve lost 10 or more matches over the last 3-4 months by not being able to defuse in the closing seconds of a game due to this.

Edit: This bug is pretty similar to #11, actually it’s the same thing really. To be able to defuse you have to change weapon and then try again.

Yea I hate that a lot. maybe its because the scoreboard gets shown before the badge and that’s why it isn’t being counted.

a variety of issues(sorry, nvidia shadowplay goes back 1 minute minimum, and i went ahead and downgraded the video quality when stitching them together in the converter)

29 & 30. getting stuck on the pylon base and bomb not dropping[usually due to ping over 200]
31. ???(probably lag)
32. kamikaze fail…?

33. cancel joining a server but join it anyway
34. my horrible pistol aim and getting airstrike’d through a wall

overall: probably an alarming amount of execution for some

@Amerika @Ardez Maybe a moderator could close this thread for now. We have already over 30 bugs. Otherwise every bug even so minor in the game ends up here. And that wasnt the point of this. Maybe it can be reopened after @NxA_Noxie gave her answers.

Its might not be an Bug but well… .
35:Strange behaviour of explosions regarding people standing behind a very small wall or behind turret. (When someone sits at turret and you attach a sticky to the top of the turret and sometimes even his face it deals no damage. Same with small walls which might only be 0,1mm high but if a nade is in front of these and you stand behind these, you wont get a single point of damage.)

PS:I like it to kill Aura Stations and ppl inside houses but well…
36:Aoe Abilties hitting inside buildings and through walls. (Even Proxy mine is able to be detonated if you stand on the other side of wall while the worst thing is, that you actually die.)
