It’s also the options…i cant think of a single map stage in DB that doesn’t end in one choke point. Well, maybe Dome is an exception, but that can still be worked around because the two first stage objectives can be connected by line of sight. For that reason I’m pretty confident that a decent team with comms and a strategy could full hold every DB map.

Even a cramped map like Supply or Braundorf on ET, forced the defence to split into covering at least 2 areas. That meant the attackers always had an advantage in that they could go 6v2 or 6v4. In DB it would always boil down to 6v6 with the defence camped and holding the advantage. Pub play is different of course, but competitively, i have my doubts about the map designs
