If you buy the starter pack but already have 1 of the mercs in there do you get the amount of credits this merc is worth extra (on top of the 50k)? Or do you just kinda waste money on smthn you don’t get?
starter pack question
As far as i know you can write a ticket and you get the credits back for that merc. But not sure.^^
They used to do this, however on the 22nd of June (I might have to double check my dates, but I believe that is correct) they STOPPED giving refunds/compensation for items you already have, from bundles that you buy.
Sorry, support won’t be able to do that anymore! :c
You do not get credits back if you buy a starter pack but have already bought one of the mercs included in the starter pack. I personally believe that you should get at least a partial credit refund or be able to choose a couple of bronze cards or something because the value of the starter pack goes down drastically once you have purchased a few of those mercs making it a “meh” value (which then loses you money). But I’m sure they know the economics of it better than I do.
Or do you just kinda waste money on smthn you don’t get?
If you only have one of the mercs, I’d still say it’s a pretty good deal, so not exactly wasting money, but not quite as much of a bargain as if you bought it from day 1.
Well, if you have already more than one merc of the starter pack, forget about it.
I think, DB should launch an offer like “100e + like 5 caisses” and you get every mercs released and futures ones.

Bundles seems the more likely option. A “pick your own” bundle would be better than the current method, or just creating some auto-refund of a credit amount for mercs you already own.
I don’t imagine they actually stated why the refunds had stopped, not sure if it’s just them being cheap or if it was more a support resources issue since manually refunding credits to everyone who buys the starter pack could amount to a decent sum of work.
