Starter Pack and Unlocked Mercs

If I already bought one of the Mercs in the Starter Pack and then buy the Starter Pack, am I out the 30k credits? Or can I get the credit refund automatcally if I already have some of the Mercs in the package? Sorry ahead of time if this is the wrong place to do this, I couldn’t find any info elsewhere.

I believe there are no refunds for mercs in the Starter Pack that you already own.

If you open a support ticket they will refound it for you, at least worked for me

No, don’t do this.

They have stated that as of about a few weeks ago or so they will not do this any longer. You will not get a refund.

refunds ended June 22
