Started playing again and have a problem

So I played a bit of the game last year, and stopped playing for other games. Was thinking about starting up again and when i log into the game, I see that Kira is locked. This is a problem because I had her unlocked before. I know this because she is the only merc I liked playing and have the most time spent on. Why the hell is she locked again? In fact, only two mercs are unlocked for me, what happened since last year of my playing?

No, I am pretty sure i owned her, i spent time and currency on cards for her, can’t imagine I would have done that if i did not already own her.

If she was on free rotation you might have thought you owned her and bought cards for her. Pretty common mistake. My friend has done it twice before actually.

buying cards dosent mean that you buy kira, cards are to change her weapons, kira is to well, play kira

sooo… did pay 50 000c for kira?
