Start up trouble

Sometimes, starting dirty bomb will launch it, show the NGS logo, then close dirty bomb.
This happens both from the shortcut and from steam itself. It can happen many times before it starts up, seemingly at random. Normally required a whole system restart to make work, which makes me think it’s my end, but I have no problems with any other games.
If this is a problem on my end, or even Steam’s, please let me know. Thank you for your help
