sponsorships from DB arnt a thing. But unique skins are, and by that its not overly indepth. There’s only special twitch skins you get for having a large twitch folloiwing and being an active streamer.
They have asked in a previous thread, which might be pinned on announcements, asked about what people would want to help content creators thrive in DB. There would be the best place to talk about things that current, future and potential content creators would want to help them start off
