Spoilt and ungreatful

I have seen several posts moaning about this game, actually on every forum i go on if it be COD, MK9, Halo, Oblivion, Crysis… People are moaning and acting like little spoilt/ungreatful little prom girls. I remember during the last 15 years (7 onwards) ago i was playing games on Snes/N64, Playstation, Gamecube etc playing all those games thinking OH ****! this is awesome, these graphics are amazing, i play hours upon hours!

Now i am in awe on nearly every game i play, the fact i can play anyone around the world, on a FPS or whatever is brilliant, the fact the game might have a few problems doesn’t make it trash, a gamer knows to appreciate everything that goes into a game, hours upon hours upon hours of programming, sweat and tears, bugs will always get in the system which can be fixed. I just think that there are so many ungreatful gamers out there, just because they can’t play the game, or understand it or it doesn’t fit in with their little world they live in and then right trash makes me sick.

I have yet to play Brink and i can’t wai, but heck show some damn respect to the developers that make these games!!!, and be greatful you are actually lucky enough to play them!

Yeah man, let’s not tell the devs what they did wrong so they can keep making mistakes.

Well the thing is when people part with their money they have every right to complain to the developers about how they feel - some stuff can be outlandish and rude but there is thoughtful constructive insight in some of these post that the DEVs should take into consideration, pretty sure they will redeem themselves with patch number 2…well I hope so at least, lol.

Constructive criticism is fine, how 90% of the stuff I’m reading isn’t constructive at all. It’s plain nonsense. Yes, there are issues. But what game doesn’t have issues at launch? EVERY game does.

I do however have full faith in SD to fix these issues ASAP. Hell, look at how many devs are actively reading the forums. Asking for more information etc etc. I’ve never seen that before in any other game.

EXACTLY!

I have a lot of respect to them, people can disagree and say this game Is BS but that doesn’t help make a better game.

My only major complaint about majority of the negative threads we see are that rather then picking a part of the game they dislike and explaining why they don’t like it and offer suggestiions to improve upon them they whine, kick, scream, and complain then provide ad hominem for anyone who doesn’t agree with them. Such is the fate of forums.

Spoiled and ungrateful

Anyways… This game is pretty good in all areas except one: friendly AI. That’s about as enjoyable to have around as a serial rapist.
