Splash Damage, Will Our Mercs be Fixed??

I have spent a lot of money in this game. And, I hate to have spent money on characters that are unfairly weak. SD, can we expect fixes to: Phantom, Thunder and maybe Rhino?

Phantom is in an awkward spot as they say he won’t get a second ability, but he’s a recon.
Rhino is fine, just slow, which makes him an easy target for good players. His key is to stick to extreme close quarters. Thunder could use a buff, just wait for a patch instead of making all these threads.
