So, still not available in Japan
Splash Damage, Nexon & Valve join forces!
This is the best move you could do for Dirty Bomb.
It will make the game so much more accessible in every way.
Steam is the platform for PC gaming and you can be sure Dirty Bomb gets way more exposure via Steam than by Nexon alone.
Thumbs up.
Not yet, but who knows what may happen later down the line :)!

We tend to agree that it’s pretty darn awesome, yup!

Question here from Russia. The russian “partner” has been keeping lockdown on the beta for almost 5 months now, changing statements left and right (First they say they’ll “exchange european keys for Russian beta keys when available” then when they are asked a second time they say that it won’t be possible, as an example). Will I, a player from Russia who’s been itching to play Dirty Bomb ever since he saw the beta anouncement, be able to play it on Steam once that is out in January?
Or will I have to wait until the russian “partner” Destiny will release the game sometime 2018? Because to be frank it feels they don’t know what they are doing, nor does it feel that it will ever come out to Russia at all.
:EDIT:As a sidenote, Destiny keep shifting blame on you folks from SplashDamage for some reason stating and I quote that “The developer is not providing us with any dates or content required to open up the beta to public”. I’m sorry but I’ve been waiting to play Dirty Bomb for months now, and Destiny just feels like amateurs who already failed to bring any expectations to russian players, no offense to them as even beginners have to start somewhere but folks we’ve waited long enough to play.I hope Steam move will let Russia in on the game so that we can finally play without the “burden” of Destiny trying to clamber together some sort of “release” for open beta.If that ever comes even.

Steam won’t change the way regions are operated at this moment in time, so I’m afraid that you won’t be able to access the Nexon build of the game from Russia once it goes live on Steam.
While things may have been quiet with Destiny from a public point of view, there’s plenty of work going on behind the scenes to make sure that DB will bring plenty of fantastic fragging moments to Russian gamers :).
We’ve haven’t even really begun to show DB to the world. We’re very much looking forward to doing that ;).
I just wish there was some sort of talk between Destiny and community, and please, for gods sake, force Destiny to do something about the beta. It’s been a year that they held the beta down for russians, we want to play already. I have keys for European release and I’d love to exchange them for Russian keys, and maybe to even play with my European friends if possible. Please force Destiny to some commitments.Like releasing the beta at least by god darn end of January or something.Otherwise I think they will just release it in ten frigging years. Or at least remove the region lock for countries in similar situations where the local publisher is too lazy to do anything:mad:
Lol guys you have no sense of humor at all! I love SD because they always support their games! I guess it’s something nice.
Btw. Brink was bestseller, so i have no right to complain .

Hello my friend!
As soon as i read the news i went to the steam page to check out the forums and what do i see? “Sorry this item is not available in your region” what a great start! it will be blocked in my region like all those bloody Nexon games (that i don’t care about) thats what i get for following this games news for years, what a ****ing disappointment.
Dirty Bomb may well make its way to your territory with another partner. Don’t fret just yet ;).
“e-sports support” is quite an undefined phrase :P. We’re big fans of competitive gaming and eSports here though, and will certainly be looking to provide Dirty Bomb with a great opportunity to succeed as a competitive game/eSport.
I really hope so i loved all of Splash Damage games on PC especially Wolfenstein Enemy Territory (so so many hours playing it) and it would be a real let down not being able to play Dirty Bomb because of Nexon.
Sorry if the above post was rude i just lost it for a bit lol.
hi guys, this is just me blowing off some steam
after playing on the nexus launcher last year (shootout to Mustang for the key, thx man!), yesterday i activated dirty bomb on my steam account! allright! lots of fun, like the old ET / QW days, hours playing this damn fine game, some great triple kills with martydom, etc.
today i open steam and go to my favorites, click on Dirty Bomb and… nothing, nothing happen. the game doesnt launch. wtf ? i go to the steam folder and the game and all the files are there. then i go to my steam library and i dont see Dirty Bomb listed anymore. Oh, my god. They found me. I don’t know how, but they found me. Run for it, Laope! they found out the filthy south american guy was playing in the US East and they didnt like it. and here i am, knowing my faith, i know the follow replies will come;: go to axeso5.com and gtfo and stop QQing. yeah… was a short but fun ride.
