I would guess all the missions are prioritised as to what will help the overall objective the most, hence more XP for the more important tasks.

Sure you could add in crouch but I’m sure this gets the point across as well. It’s only to compare body-types together.

And of course it makes sense to add i a non-shooting spread. This is basically the spread of the first shot. After that the spread climbs up the longer you shoot, my point is that heavy guys should have less spread increase than light guys while standing still.
