I am pretty sure there is a guide floating around here on the forums on how to tweak the game to use color blind mode.
EDIT: Found it, and it took me all but TWO SECONDS to find it ; ) the search bar at the top, it wants to be friends with you.

While I’m more than capable of tweaking things in a .ini file, people that are affected by colour blindness should not have to dive into the coding of the game to make these kinds of changes.
Is this game not a free to play game that nexon wants people to take interest in and continue to play? Make it accessible otherwise this game probably won’t last more than a few years.
This is the PCMR, if you don’t like what your given, you tweak it yourself till you get results that you want. All I’m saying…Gnight.
I looked through the guide that you linked and changed the settings before I made that post at 6:55 PM PST.
This is not a matter of whether or not I’m capable of changing a few things in a .ini file. This is about making this game accessible for someone that may have come from playing a console and has never owned a PC.
Next time read what a person posts on a forum before making ridiculous posts. The very first thing I typed on this discussion was I am not colour blind myself. I have no need to change the colour settings in the .ini file
I posted it so you can send it to your friends, if you can do it, maybe help by setting it up for them? If they are looking to play but need this colorblind support mode, this is literally the best they are going to get for now. This is “BETA” after all and not a finished product, don’t expect all features to be implemented when the game is not done.
If they are new to PC and if they intend to use a PC as a primary platform for gaming, then they are going to need to learn this stuff, yes you shouldn’t have too. But its a necessity, also you get to learn stuff, which is always fun.
Should this be added as a toggleable feature ingame? Hell yes. If major titles can do it so can Dirty Bomb, But is it in there right now? No. Is it planned to be implemented? I have no idea. I was just trying to help, sorry for wasting our time I guess.
That is a more reasonable post. One that I want to find on these forums. I became irritated when you made that troll comment and went a little overboard. I apologize.
Of course I intend to use the link you provided to help my friends and anyone else that may need it.
I edited my last post and put in an apology, sorry man am a little tipsy right now ; (
