Spectators in ranked matches?

so… Every time i play a ranked match there is always one spectator viewing us. Is there any reason for this and does it happen to everyone?

It might be the replay thing?

Maybe you got hackusated and reported every match, and this was a bot who collect info for, you know, banhammer people.
