Spectator Binds Set To Default

I have my movement keys bound to ERTF, when I go spec however my movement is set to default WASD. My bids are ok when I join the game again, its only spectator mode that sets my keys to default.

I know that devs are aware of this but just wanted to confirm this is not only happening to DA. Things like chat binds and even crouch are default controls. Perhaps this bug could show that context binding does work nicely in the game?
