Spec Ops Pack - CODE NOT WORKING

I recently bought brink from walmart and entered the bonus code to redeem certain thngs but they were not given to me. I tried the code again but it didnt work since I already used it once to download the spec ops file. Do I have to reach a certain level to unlock them or what?

I’m not entirely sure I understand.

If you have used the code from your purchase and it worked correctly, you should be able to download the Spec Ops DLC pack for use with that Xbox profile (and that profile alone).

Okay i got all the items and clothing but not the gun. Well thanks anyways, I looked through the list like three times and couldnt find that gun but ill look for the picture instead of the gun name next time.
