speaker problem

ok i made a swich that activate an alarm but i got a lil problem
when the map start the alarm is allready on

if i press the swich its stop the alarm
if i press it again its starting again

the thing is i dont when map start the alarm allso start . and when i click on it its shut down
i want when map start the alarm is quiet and if i press its starting

btw does it need a script cause am not using any

if it does can u plz tell me what i need?

Tick the “looped_off” box in the speaker’s entity value window. Then have the speaker targeted by the switch or w/e.

Do you know about the extended entity info. window ? Once you select an entity, press “n”. After pressing N, an entity window will pop-up…look for 5 small dots in the center of the window’s top portion. Those dots are to alert you that the window has hidden panels, hover the mouse over the dots until a resizing arrows appears and then lower a panel. There should be 2 extra in total.

That is where you will read alot of extra information on ‘entity specific’ settings.
