Speaker and props_chair issues

  1. When I try to add a toggled speaker in-game, it works only good with some combinations:
  • broadcast global, looped no - sounds good, but I don’t want it global
  • broadcast no, looped on, volume 512, range 5500 - can hear it very good at the whole place
  • broadcast no, looped no, volume 512, range 5500 - can’t hear it at the whole place, no matter if I even change volume or range to 10x higher one.
    Why is it so different when loop is ‘no’ and how to make it work correctly?
  1. I placed props_chair_chatarm and props_chair_chat in map. When /devmap the chairs are fine, on jaymod server not (xyz origin lines only instead). Do I need to add any additional files? Which ones? If not, how to fix it?

  2. I can only assume Jaymod deleted those entities. You should do nothing but add the entities. Weird. Maybe check Jaymods forums.

  1. Yes… As I said I can hear it when it’s toggled but not on the whole area, no matter which range I set.
