I think you talk past eachother here a bit. I think the question was the fact that nomatter how many blue_player flag spawnpoints you set up, you still only gonna spawn on one of them. And this is quite bad when there are 2++ players on the same team trying to spawn at the same location at the same time. The said URL refers to a way of setting up forward spawns (something the players has to fight for to get to.)

I have no idea how to “force” the spawn to a specific teamblue/redplayer-entity, in a group of such entities.
In match play you spawn in various entities, although at the same spawn area. I wonder what determines the specific entity? Are the entities “filled up”, one by one, whenever a teamplayer enters limbo? Dead players are assigned to a box. When the spawn clock reaches 00, we all spawn in the box that we got assigned?
Not important for me atm, but I’m curious.
I’m mostly glad I managed to solve another spawnproblem, in my current map, but that’s another story.

Be sure to set the ‘startactive’ spawnflag on your initial spawnpoints.
selectable spawn loacations are controlled by a team_WOLF_objective, AKA “The Yellow Blob”.
Take a look at the goldrush map.
Within a group of spawns connected to a team_WOLF_objective, ET tries to ensure that you never spawn inside another player. The order in which it checks is fixed, and probably related to the order of entities in the .bsp. Not something either a player or a mapper should try to control.
