Spawn Camping

Seems more than 10% of the matches I play end up in a battle just to get out of spawn. At this rate it seems more of a mechanics/poor map design issue than skill. Seems mostly it happens on attacking side of Chapel and Train Yard.

If you get caught up in a spawn camp, you need to co-op with your team to respawn at same time and try to take them out.
It can be done but you need to work together to get it done

Shouldn’t need this. Every map needs some restriction to the enemy team. So they can infiltrate your spawn area and you can make a comeback.

I really feel like if your being spawn camped it’s because your team already got significantly out- played…

Enemies should not be able to enter your spawn area, period. All games of this type work like that.

If that were true there wouldn’t even be the term “spawn camp” because it wouldn’t have existed before this game.

The only map where it can become a problem is Terminal, and it’s a lot better since there’s not a fricken MG overlooking the attacking spawn lol. I even saw…I think pompoms get spawn camped for a minute by Reason in today’s Dirty Cups on that map.

In the end, it’s not really a map issue, but a team imbalance issue. The ones I love are when it’s a 6v3 and the defending side decides to just spawn camp for the duration instead of switching over.
