When you’re using the revive gun and then decides to throw a medkit it doesn’t select the revive gun as the last weapon used, it selects the weapon you had equiped before the revive gun, this wasn’t the case before the Unlock & Load Update.
So Summary,
(Cricket Bat>ReviveGun>Medkit>CricketBat)
should be
(CricketBat>ReviveGun>Medkit>ReviveGun).
