Sparks and a few others won't fire after switching to special weapons.

Description:
When playing as Sparks specifically if you press the hotkey for the reviver and then press left mouse right away, her reviver just sits there. It never starts charging, no matter how long you hold the button down. You have to unclick and click again.
In loud situations it’s really hard to tell if it’s charging or not, so this is really freaking annoying. It’s inconsistent when it happens, and the quicker you go between switching weapons and pressing left button, the more likely it seems to happen.

Steps to reproduce:
Play as Sparks. Switch to the reviver with whichever hotkey and quickly hold down the left mouse button. Sometimes it won’t be charging.
Result:
Reviver doesn’t charge as if you weren’t pressing left mouse at all.
Expected result:
Reviver should charge as soon as you are done switching weapons if the left button is down anywhere in the switch.
Reproduction rate:
High, but not always. Seems to do it more when you press quickly and when the game is working hard.
