Will be any south america ranked server?
From what i have seen, only Asian, Europe and NA have servers on ranked and not a single one at SA…
will it change?

its always possible. keep in mind the s.a servers are only in testing for now to see if its worth keeping. so get all your friends playing so they keep them up and running there or they will move back to n.a
