South AM servers.

Hello.
The South AM servers still lagging. This bug appears 02/02/2014, and still happening.|
The ping are simillar to US east servers.

Sadly not even a “Hey guys sorry about that, what happened was ******************** and we are already on to fixing it!” or something like that.

I know it sucks but they are working on it.
Sometimes it’s not easy to track down an issue.
