Hello, The South American servers continue to lag.
It started on 02.02.2016, and so far (03/20/2016) nothing was done. Probably the servers are only named as South America, but they are US.
For more than a month that this is happening, but nobody does anything about it, I’ve sent several times support application, but only say they are looking.
Some of the South American players still play, but they are few, the loss of the South American players was huge!
What makes me angry is the lack of interest of the devs, no one cares. It’s a lack of respect for the giant players.
It is difficult to play with high ping, it hinders the gameplay, there can take advantage of certain skills of the mercenaries.
Would have some idea of when this can be resolved?
Ps: If I answer this discussion with “are looking” or “we have no forecast,” just go off / close my topic.
