Hello.
Perhaps the sound issues are related to your fps count.
Please follow these steps.
Download sick6 config.
Place one of the two ShooterEngine files in this folder.
It will overwrite the existing one.
Documents > My Games > UnrealEngine3 > ShooterGame > Config
There are two more things you can try out to boost your FPS.
Open the console by pressing ~ and type in texturepoolsize 1.
Do that in the main game menu to have it take effect the next match you play.
Furthermore you can lower the ScreenPercentage number in the ShooterEngine file.

To make it look like the above screenshot, change it to 50.000000
You can even go lower but I do not recommend that.
There is also the possibility to create an autoexec file that loads every time you start Dirty Bomb.

You should verify your game files as well.
To do so, right click on Dirty Bomb in your games library.
Go to properties and then to local files.
Click on verify integrity of game cache and Steam will check them.
