[Sound] Enabling 5.1 surround sound?

Yeah, seems as though they have been able to re-create our sound issues and are working on a fix for them. Still has me beat as to why thing slips through anyways.
It’s all good though as they are having a go. Probably get a nice big patch with a big bunch of fixes for us all. :slight_smile:

open your console and use s_numberofspeakers and post what speakercount is reported.
btw are there any other cvars that belong to surround sound?
ps i dont know what number should be the right, i am just curious.
