Pretty self-explanatory I guess. I press the button once but I drop two mines, so when I throw one out and shoot it I could potentially be killing myself because it drops the second one right in front of my feet and gets caught in the explosion from the one I shot.
Sometimes proxy mines drop two times
ive had this happen once in in a while when i play prox. i think its just a lag issue.
When u start trying to shoot before the animation is over the game thinks you wanna drop your other mine too.
It’s a huge problem, not only for proxy. I can’t count anymore how often I healed a teammate as sawbones and wanted to shoot an enemy afterwards but gave him a medkit instead…
They really need to fix that. It slows down the gameplay and breaks the flow because you always have to wait for animations to be done or you trigger this bug.
On top of that: Recently they added a new bug that locks the defibrillators in their charge animation until it fully charged or you press left click or something, even if you just tabbed E.
I was always wondering why a sawbones would always throw me medpacks when i shot them.
I was watching a DB stream on twitch lastnight and the streamer was experiencing the same problem and talking about it, along with users in the chat.
And the worst thing is that the “Throw another of what you just threw”-bug has been around for quiet some time now.

This its one of the most annoying bugs in the whole game as a main Sawbonez player…
This happens because when you use the quick button (E/Q) for a deployable and use your fire button right after, instead of firing a bullet it will assumes you still have a deployable in your hand and use that instead.
I even got attention to this problem on their stream, but that was months ago already…
There’s nothing wrong with him (in fact he’s my fav merc) but there’s that bug we are talking about here which screws you over sometimes.
But that’s a general problem, not a Sawbonez problem.
