Some UI and community building fixes needed

  1. It would be nice to be able to open a case from the lobby
  2. Add option to add someone to Steam friend list from inside the game (scoreboard?)
  3. Quick Join option SHOULD take in consideration all filter options including name of the server, ping and game mode.

  1. This has been stated in many threads. Please use one of those first. In particular look here.
  2. You can view their steam profile from the lobby screen and add them that way I believe. Can I get a confirmation?
  3. Filters are designed for the Server Browser, not quick join. Although it should prioritize ping and population.
