I’d prefer achievement awards for milestones reached while playing specific merc classes (Fire Support, Assault, etc.) that unlock special skins and trinkets.
Stuff like:
Medics- 250/1000/2500 revives
Fire Support- 500/1000/2500 mags of ammo provided
Assault- 250/750/1500 kills
Like that, but with more realistic numbers.

I want really golden skins with noodle stars on them for getting 1000 sick kills with a merc.

Wouldn’t even mind something small like a trinket of said merc to show off. (God please just give me a little fragger trinket already.)
