Some sort of filter not neccessarily for people who cuss as there’s cussing in the game, but for the ignorant people who think it neccessary to resort to calling people “ni**ers”(insert g’s where there’s *) because they lost the game, other racist slurs and any type of derogatory term such as those shouldn’t be allowed in game. It ruins the community for fellow DB’ers out there. It lessens peoples outlook on the game asbwell showing that they have people such as that within the community. I may get hate for posting this but I really don’t care, thing’s like this have no place in a gaming community.
The point behind a community in my opinion is people palying to have fun, not to be belittled just because they lost a round to the opposing team.
As the statement says: Light travels faster than sound, which is why some people seem brighter before they speak.
Goes to show true in this situation, people really show how dim they can be using retorts such as this in game.
Haters will hate, feel free to comment your opinions, I’ve seen a lot of people get annoyed and sickened by such players as mentioned in this post to the point of leaving the round.
Suggestion by Spectrumulum:
Having an option to mute both audio/text chat selectively would be a valuable tool, especially to prevent people from having their feelings hurt. Most suggestions aren’t heard by the people who can do anything about it on this forum though; you might find better traction with your idea on the nexon forums.
