So I was looking around at all of my cards and saw that I had every single Aura card in lead. I also saw that her only Remberg Loadouts are the R42, R73 and the R81. After closer investigation though I found that her default loadout would be considered the R71 as it has the Remberg, Caulden and Beckhill. After looking with the other mercs I found that it is also the case for Arty (D41), Fragger (K61), Pheonix (KE41), Stoker (T61), Thunder (MA41) and Vassili (MO12). Is this done on purpose or an oversight by the Devs. OR IS IT SOMETHING MORE SINISTER. I REALLY DON’T KNOW. DO THE DEVS? I REALLY WOULD LIKE AN ANSWER. DOES ANY MEMBER OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC?
Some Mercs Don't Have An Upgraded Default Card
Here is his point.
A loadouts name is determined by it’s weapons. KE41 is Kek, Secondary #4 and Melee #1.(I am fairly sure that is the order, might be melee then secondary but I doubt it)
So KE41 describes what is in a loadout. He is saying that there is no lead+ loadout for KE41 or the other loadouts listed above. Definitely odd that some do and some don’t. Nice find.
Hm, if SD adds this I guess there could be a potentially wider variety of playstyle and would be cool.
Occasionally the default has a different melee weapon. It’s like how all founders have the stiletto I think.
Proxy also has H13 by default but her Hollunds loadouts are H11, H22 and H53.
Yeah but if that’s the case why is the Proxy card I use called the KE53 when it has a Hochfir as the main and the Deagle as a secondary?
I was always under the impression Defaults are special loadouts and don’t have the numbers all others have just because they’re different.
The naming convention is explained here in this picture:
@rancid as per that chart, Hochfir = KE, Deagle = 5 and cricket bat = 3, hence KE53
@RyePanda it’s the original 5 (i.e excluding Phoenix) Beta Fighter Obsidians that all have the stiletto, the Founders Obsidians are as per regular loadouts.
The default loadouts that diverge from the standard loadouts only do so with respect to the melee weapon. In fact, so far all the default loadouts were given the Beckhill as default melee weapon except for the mercs that originally had signature one: Phantom’s katana, Proxy’s bat, Redeye’s kukri and Vassili’s stilleto. Obviously some of these have been spread around some, but they were originally created for these mercs, hence why they are part of their default loadout.
Did the KEK and Hochfire originally have other names or why do they have another letter?
Those were always the names as far as I know. How they ended up as “C” And “KE” I have no idea. In all logic it should have been Crotzni = “C”, KEK = “KE” and Hochfir = “HF” (to avoid any confusion with the Hollund).
