Some little questions...

As i tell, i maked many maps for MOH and COD, so i know the way of “Radiant” work.

But visiting many sites about ET Mapping, i dont see nothing about:

  1. FOG
    I see samples in worldspawn to config rain/snow, but nothing about FOG

  2. AMBIENT SOUND
    I dont see nothing about music of ambient

  3. MODELS
    GTK Radiant make a folder with mapobject and in this folder i find many md3 files (models), but i dont find for example a TANK or TRUCK (vehicles have little models).

The engine is very good and superior if compared with anothers engines i worked…

On fog: search this forum with the keyword fog and me as author, i posted LOTS on it, including shaders etc.

Usually you set a fog in the worldspawn, together with a farplanedist and a fogclip.

Alternatively you could use multivolume fog which is more sophisticated. Looks better (no fog in the buildings) but is a lot more work too, and might not always work out fine.

Be warned though: with punkbuster allowing to remove wolffog now you might end up pretty upset when you see your beautiful map without fog on a server… it totally sucks, i can tell you.

Bad notice, i expected more “respect” to my definitions of worldspawn.
But alright…
