Addendum: If you see a friendly medic nearby -Don’t- drop the nade and get revived instead.

i love pheonix he is the first merc i bought im still trying to figure out how to use all the loadouts i already won from cases i actually won a gold loadout of pheonix so im using that is there a way to make it better?

No, you can’t “upgrade” a loadout card.
Everything above Bronze (Silver, Gold and Cobalt) is purely cosmetic and is not anymore powerful.
It’s only bling bling.
However, you can use the trade up function to, well, trade up.

Lead -> Iron -> Bronze -> Silver -> Gold -> Cobalt

Again, it’s only bling bling and you do not get any advantages with Silver, Gold or Cobalt.
