Some fun ideas for Dirty Bomb

Hey all, I have been playing dirty bomb for a fair amount of time now and it obviously does tend to get old fast. Because of this, players in execution tend to opt for melee only games or 1merc only games such as vassili or phantom only.

Why not implement an execution or even objective gametype that allows for these types of games? I know that everyone would be stoked to have a melee only server. Obviously you would have to disable abilities and possibly only allow for certain hp and speed ranges to ensure balance but I think it’d be worth it.

1 merc only servers would be interesting too whereby the server on each new game will automatically assign each player the designated merc. This would make for some hectic gameplay! Imagine a team full of medics or even a team full of rhinos, mayhem!!!

What is everyone elses thoughts on these ideas?

Instead of playing stupid, try getting better instead. It won’t get old fast.

I’m not a fan of melee only/one merc only. I prefer classic games : more strategic, more intense overall. Also wouldn’t melee only give an unfair advantage to a couple of mercs ?

for a constant mode NO maybe some time to time mode like some mode in lol could be pretty nice

When community servers come, host a server and do it. But we don’t need it as vanilla
