Yeah, so called ‘Super conc dependant douche meta’ that only depends on Flash/Slow of the conc, slicing off enemies that are dumbstruck, and giving them huge humiliation.

That meta is such a douche meta that shows how conc is OP KAPPA.

@THUNDA its not dependent on conc per se >:( its just that the conc is super helpful in landing right-clicks on 80/90 hp mercs
And yes I’m extremely sad that quick slash is now 15%
