They should have clothing unlock with “prestige levels” and abilities / guns either done the current way or simply unlocked from the start with no leveling required.
That way people don’t need to hide in a corner and jump 23,000 times to get a gun that fires real bullets, but by the same token there is always something being rewarded bit by bit and we’ll all bow down to the man with the cowboy hat (or that’s what he thinks anyway).

I get that a game should be super terrific. But zero exp at the end of a match and some people will just lose interest. I am not saying that’s the case for me at all because I ultimately don’t play for that stuff but have played for some of that stuff too. I liked stupid Epic games on facebook when I hate facebook just so I can get to play as Ice-T and I did the beta and killed someone 100 times with the retro lancer just to get the gold version, and many others do the same kind of crap. I hate these things, but at the same time, it can drive people to keep interest in grinding away for the sake of grinding. Same with leaderboards. they mostly just show how ridiculous someone can spend all day just keeping themselves on the top, but there’s always someone playing as a result even though this aspect is one big fail and cheesy to the extreme. But, most people play games to feel like they are accomplishing something. A carrot of gold jewelry helps these short attention ADD type mindset.
