ok so i was wondering how about i get the community to think of why some body types will support the classes and weapons. i was also wondering when will they show us the skill tree’s for each class.
anyway… my idea was a light body type with a sniper/pistol and opprotive class. this will work because he can zoom around the map and get to high places for the sniping to clear the area for interigation. and he can move quickly for that backstab move. AND on top of all that he can disguese himself after he gets a head shot or backstab for even easier movement behind enemy lines
some combo bodytypes and classes!
I’m pretty sure any class can use any bodytype. Weapons are a different matter and I believe will require a bodytype that supports it. A BFG5000 cannot be used by a Light, but a Heavy should be fine.
And your class sounds just like what I’ll be doing, except for all the sniping. Put a SMG in my hand and I’ll be golden.
Going to be a light or medium medic so I can get to all or most areas, but more importantly get there fast. I know i’ll have less health than say a heavy but the number one rule in FPS games is never stay still.
Therfore my dodging skills will be very useful
Awww, looks like what I was planning ain’t that original.
I’m still wondering how the bodytypes will affect the class you play.
Differences for medic were already posted somewhere on this forum, but I’m also interested to see how it will work for other classes.
Holy shit, only campers in da thread.
Okay, I`m going to be med/eng with your average rifle and handgrenade thankyouverymuch and all campers can go to hell!

Who says I’m going to stay on the same rooftop?
I’ll probably get as high as possible as quick as possible and then I’ll be like: Shoot, hide, move, shoot, hide, move, and repeat.
Going more for the sting than the kill.
Now let’s hope moving along the rooftops will be easy/doable.

You didn’t read my reply then did you.
Im interested in trying out Heavy Medic with ‘GPMG’ as a primary and ‘Sniper’ as secondary. Im hoping the heavy weapons have a bit of range on them, so I can switch to sniper to finish them off. Apparently snipers dont do a crazy amount of damage
Dunno whether its been confirmed that this will be included in Brink, but the ‘medic nade revive’ thing, would definitely suit my playstyle.
oh yes, mr prO will treat us with airborn crossmap headshotting videos no doubt
Heavy Medic - I may be slower, but I will be built like a brick shit house, and dishing out massive amounts of heals. I won;t have to access all areas, because players will know, “stay near the medic.” On top of heals, I will also be able to wield the biggest guns…it’s like the medic/heavy combo in TF2 fused into one. “Battle-Priest” classes are always my favorite.
Operative, light body, light weapons (SMG, possibly semi-auto Shotgun) would be pretty awesome.
lol i just thought about sliding and shooting a sniper head shot!!! super mw2!!!
tricks!!

There are no one-hit kills in Brink.

how about single-legged/handed characters then ? you are want to be politically correct ?
how about cyborg characters ? how about altered speciemens ?[such as cross-breed, altered and etc]
