Solution for error xigncode3?

I cant load the game cause the error 0xE019100B.I’ve unistalled antivirus,firewall is off,skype off,antispyware off,temp files deleted and many others programmes are unistalled .
I dont know what else to do.
The strange is that i can play the game SKILL SF2 without problem,it has the same anticheat ‘’ xigncode3’’.
I use Acer laptop and Vista home premium
Any solution?

there is already a similiar thread: forums.dirtybomb.nexon.net/discussion/490/xigncode3-security-alert-0xe019100b#latest and i have the same problem and im using vista too

I ve checked the file integrity but it didn’t work for me
I cant find the suspisious program that xigncode3 say

some triggers are
netlimiter, bitdefender and dxtory

i dont have netlimiter ,bitfinder,dxtory.
nothing else?
