do you have a .map file for that because i wanted to check out in radiant how you did that if you want please reply if you want to send that so that i could give my email adress

The path is just a decal sitting on top of the terrain hiding the seam between the cliff and the grass. Its all about the texture which uses the same shader as the road from Fueldump. I cannot give you the texture because its original from RTCW and been modified to suit the map. The texture is solid in the middle and alpha faded to the edges. I also used a patch so I could twist the path gradually around the cliff face and make it more natural looking.

any info about that map? be great if you could develope it more or give it to a trsustworthy mapper <3

Sock has already said that the map utilises a RTCW texture so it can’t go out (unless someone is willing to create a new texture). Also from memory, when I looked at the info about this map there was a comment that it used a model from RTCW as the base (I think) so again it can’t be used

thats an interesting looking map. im currently working on a cathedral and had considered using the basic brush work as a prefab for a ruined monestery in a similar fashion to this (for a future map). The brushwork in Socks map is taken from the boss fight level in RTCW so it would not be allowed to be used.
