So.... Who did get an Event Case today?

Seems like no one did from the looks of my other post. Just curious if anyone here has gotten it for 5/23/2016?

And also, would like to add… If putting in a ticket is going to be utterly hopeless, what are we to do, just forget and move on? If so, not a problem, but seems like putting in a ticket = getting called a liar or treated like moron who “Quick Opened” and didn’t realize! Even though several members here have been monitoring our case drops like a hawk and I am sure that a percentage are wrong yes, but you can’t statistically say 100% of us are all delusional! LOL.

So, if the event is going to be this inconstant with the drop rate, maybe DeVs should just put it on hold till the bugs are worked out and then re-release it with added time. Just my 2 cents on the issue.

The notification system is a bit wonky and sometimes the cases don’t pop up, but when you go to your inventory, they’ll be there.

I’m not doubting that there’s a bug, just saying that for some people, that may be the case. :smiley:

I haven’t gotten a case today…I’ve ran a bunch of matches including just finishing a objective from start to finish…no case.

I don’t think I got one from case-a-day yesterday but I did get one from an Arsenal Crate so no worries :slight_smile:

Didn’t get one yesterday, and I still haven’t had any response from my ticket for it, but I got one today.

Are you talking about Aimee’s Detective Case? Or the expert cases you get every day? Because you said event case but idk
Either way, I got my Aimee case on the first day of update and an expert case every day since the event started. Why does the quick open option even exist? It’s useless and boring, the entire fun is in the animation

I believe that you have get your case after your second consecutive game of the day,e.g.

  • join pre-match lobby, play game = no case
  • join pre-match lobby, play game, play the whole of the next game without leaving = case
  • join match half finished, play rest of game = no case
  • join match half finished, play rest of game, play the whole of the next game without leaving = case

Please correct me if I’m wrong :smile:

i didn’t get one on the 23rd but i submitted a ticket and got it today. so i have one for every day :slight_smile:

I’ve had one every day, except on the second day I didn’t have a notification for it. But when I went to the main menu it was in my barracks.

They responded to my support ticket saying I didn’t “complete a match before the time reset.” Not sure what time that is, I wasn’t playing around midnight or anything. Well, I guess I can go with one fewer bronze cards.

can anyone from SD officially confirm what time is the daily reset ? I heard it’s GMT 1.00 AM…but Raziel mentioned something like 5 PM GMT…I’m baffled.
