Think of releases similar to how either fighting games (Killer Instinct) or MOBA’s do it where you get a new character every month or month and a half. I’d be fine with that. Or maybe two new ones at that time.
I thought they removed red-eye because it’s the most broken merc in-game? smoke + Red Eye = Built-in hacks :trollface:

I want another sapper proxy is fine but i only play her because of her tools not her weapons or abilities which is not the best match
this bearded dued with the cap and augmented arm looks interesting, i unforutantly only played during test 2 ._.
I hope you release all the existing mercs before the open beta starts, that way they can be tested and balanced better and you would have a broader selection of mercs which is allways good.
I also like that your sites artwork feature a bunc hof dudes which aren’t in the game atm.
Very easy to rid a Red Eye. Throw a nade into the smoke, a red eye on the other team can spot him, vassilli’s heart beat sensor, nader’s grenade launcher shooting into the smoke, skyhammer’s fire support on the smoke, Arty’s artillery support in the smoke, or just plain shoot into the smoke with a regular gun. In no way is it broken.
To you I just might be trying to defend my favorite character, but in reality all skills of the mercenaries are supposed to provide the merc with some sort of tactical advantage…

No way man! We definitely do not need Nader. As soon as Nader gets into the game DB turns into the spamfest that is known as TF2. If they nerf Nader so that you don’t just run into a spawning team spamming 6 nades then proceed to die in a good position and blow yourself up as somebody runs past then I’d be fine with it. But as of the last time I played and Nader was in the game…hell no.

That’s what so good about her though. She’s designed to stop campers. Explosives are designed specifically to take out fortifications and campers. Before CoD and Battlefield wiped out how good grenades launchers/noobtubes were, they were designed for clearing out clusters of enemies, pushing people just swarming around medkits and ammo packs.
They nerfed them to the point no one uses them anymore, and they can’t do their job because of it. Now they just seem to exist because they were in the games, and then they started just nerfing the crap out of medkits and the like, since there was no counter anymore. I’d rather not see that happen here. Leave Nader alone, she’s built for high risk/high reward play, and brings a highly offensive form of combat that’s actually really fun.
