Because something like a mobile i5 doesn’t cut it. Check Amerika’s post, he’s running an i7 laptop with the same GPU that is in my machine, but I don’t get anywhere near his FPS even when running at a potato resolution like 1280x960.

I don’t mean to imply that it’s not playable - it’s decent - but only because of the custom cfg.
